Use of the fairy ring without the need of a staff. 
You have teleported to zanaris from any ring you usually use (such as the lumbridge swamp or the edgevillage). And you'll be surprised that by teleporting you get to a zanaris that you did not know. There you will find the Fairy Very Wise, she will love you so you do not need the Fairy Nuff's certificate, to get to the Fairy Queen.

Continue down the hall until you find a room to the west with the symbol of quest reflected in the mini map, and talk to the fairy queen. After talking a little with her, you will have started the quest.

Now go and talk to the Tooh Fairy who is in the same room and she will ask you to watch a video, for that turn on projector (the little flower next to the fairy). You will see some images, when they finish, talk again with the Tooth Fairy. Follow the conversation and when you finish you should open the projector again. Once at the end, talk to her.

When you finish go to the south room, there you will find several items, grab the hammer and scissors and use the hammer with the scissors to have a teeth extractor.

You have to find the barit (wand) of the Tooth Fairy to show him you're good, so go back to Zanaris with the fairy ring and go to the house just north of the bank. The door is closed so use the teeth extractor to open it and go inside.

Talk to Gnarly and ask her for the wand. He will not give it to you so tell him that maybe you could do something for him. First you will have to convince him by selecting the phrases that make him feel important, up comes a bar of how your progress is going.

You can say phrases like:

Then he will ask you to bring him milk. If you already have a bucket of milk, give it to them, but go to the bank for one, to the east there are cows, use your bucket with one. 
Give the milk to Gnarly and to give you the wand he will ask you to close your eyes, do it. When you open them you will see that the wand is in your mouth but you do not want to give it to you so you will have to take it to him with the barite until the Tooth Fairy.

Go back to the Fairy Resistance HQ and talk to the Tooth Fairy, you'll have to put the projector back on. Then talk to her again and she will give you a book with the details of the mission and she will tell you that they have to replace you with a tooth. 
You will have to stand on top of the yellow flowers and make the wave emote. There you will see a very funny sequence.

The mission begins by removing the molars from 3 Orc general. Go back to Zanaris through the fairy ring and talk to the first general (I do not remember the name) who is near the summoning obelisk right next to where the flour is made. Then talk to another orc that is next to him. When you're done, head to the fairy ring and talk to the fairy Fixit about K'Chunk. 
She will tell you that the Orc that pulled the tooth from the first general is called K'Chunk and it is in the DIP code. Use the fairy ring to go there and talk to him, then give him a pickpocket. 
Go back to the fairy ring and this time put the code BKQ. Once there, talk to General Orc, then with a Centaur, talk to General Orc again, then the other Centaur, and finally talk to Wood Dryad who will cast a spell on you.
Now you will have to go to the fairy ring and travel to the CLR code. When you get there, you have a tree with mangoes on the side, take out one. Also, since there is a trunk next to it, right click to unblock hollow log and you will have a shortcut to go to the agility course of Apel. 
Use the fairy ring to return to the valley and talk to the general orc again. Offer your mango and you will see how when you eat it it goes flying. Go where it went and take it off the ground, then use the tooth extractor to take out the tooth.

For the last one you will have to go to the ALP code. There you will have to talk to General Sheredflesh who is dying of toothache. You will have to talk to him and convince him to get the tooth out, again a bar will come up with your progress. For this step, first talk with him points to the first three options from top to bottom and then the option where you tell him that you are a dentist and you will take it out without pain. You have to convince him by saying things like he does not hurt him and that he is an ork or a goblin XD. 
When you have all three teeth back to the Fairy Resistance HQ and talk to Tooth Fairy. You will have to put the projector back on. Talk to her again and go back to Zanaris.

• Now you must prepare for the battle. My recommendation is to wear an armor that helps with prayer and prayer pots. Also take a little food in case the flies. When you're ready go to the fairy ring, you'll have to put these four codes, BIR DIP CLR ALP, and go back to Zanaris after each one until you get where the grandfather is.

• When you get there you will see a space between the branches, give right button and look into to see a sequence. Then the Tooth Fairy will appear, talk to her and explain the operation of the battle:

1- Plant the molars in the farm patch on the right.

2- Kill the generals first, then the other orcs.

3- Your orc replicas have to weaken the grandfather's shield, you will receive a message in your chat to know when they finished.

4- Heal your replicas using the magic wand. Remember that if they die they will go back to the path to grow again, it just prevents them from damaging them while they grow up, the cures using the magic wand.

5- Attack the grandfather.

Once you defeat him, the fairies will appear and you will see a sequence. When finished, you'll be at the Fairy Resistance HQ. Talk to the queen who will give you her reward and ask if you want me to teleport you with the master farmer. Tell him yes and talk to him to finish the quest.

When finishing the quest you have the option to have a pet like Gnarly. For this you need 5 different dentures:

Take out your greegree and use the fairy ring to go to CLR. there it goes down the course of agility and crosses the river. Enter the room directly opposite and look in the boxes until you find a monkey denture.

With a knife and an ax, go to the Trollweiss and Rellekka Hunter Area and there hunt a Kebbit Sabretooth to get his teeth.

Wear some leather gloves and leather boots or boots of lightness and go to the Digsite and talk to an expert to give you a towel. Go up where the excavations are and use the towel on the floor to find an old tooth

In Varrok, go west to Gertrude's house, enter the children's room and search the beds to get her tooth.

Go to the lunar island, go south and kill a Suqah (Level 111), they are next to the altar.

When you have all the teeth, go talk to Tooth Fairy who from now on meets the queen east of Zanaris, where the grandfather was before. She will give you the pet, which like milk to grow.
